Is there any way to get this game on a handheld emulator
The game isn't a romhack so it's not possible to play on any emulators.
The game is made for Windows PC. It's possible to play on MacOS using Wine, or on Android using JoiPlay, but there's no way to play on iPhones.
No like a portable emulator like the ones they sell
