No, it was removed. The cyberspace quest had been buggy for a long time and caused softlocks for a lot of people.

You can now instead randomly (every 200th step) get a Porygon by accessing any PC in the game.

Guide from the Discord:

0.  Change the difficulty off of easy. This Strategy will not work on easy mode, since it uses poison damage. Change it in the options menu temporarily.

1.  Get a poisoned mon. This can be easily done with poison mushrooms in viridian forest. If you're instead getting poisoned from a wild mon, make sure you still have some health left when you get to the pc.

2.  Find a pokemon center. The Viridian and pewter pokemon centers are great for this, as they have an npc placed in a convenient spot for a later step.

3.  Stand in front of the pc. Walk one tile down and then one tile up until you take poison damage. If you're able to access the pc on the same tile you take poison damage, skip to step 4. Otherwise, exit the pokemon center via the left or right side of the 3-tile exit and return immediately. When you return, you should be able to take poison damage directly in front of the pc

4.  walk two tiles down from the pc, and then 2 tiles up. You should continue to take poison damage the moment you reach the pc if your poisoned mon is still alive (it can die at this point). Interact with the pc every time you do this (You don't need to open the storage.) Repeat up to 50 times.

Assuming you're talking about unlocking the Magic Boots/Debug Mode, all the unfused Pokémon need to be caught.

Pichu evolves at level 15 in Infinite Fusion (no Friendship needed). Just level it up like you would any other Pokémon.

Redownload the game using the guide/links on the Discord server or the subreddit sidebar.

Your save files should be safe because the game doesn't store them in the install directory. (As long as you weren't playing a very old/incompatible version.)

Both can be bought in the Goldenrod Department Store, or you can get one of each from the Stone Maniac in Goldenrod City.

You can also find a Shiny Stone in Saffron City or Togepi Island; and a Dawn Stone in the Seafoam Islands.

If it can't run any of the operating systems I listed above, then no you can't get this game on it.

The game isn't a romhack so it's not possible to play on any emulators.

The game is made for Windows PC. It's possible to play on MacOS using Wine, or on Android using JoiPlay, but there's no way to play on iPhones.

Well, it's been 9 hours so you've probably already gotten yourself out of it, but yes, use the debugger. It will take you to the last Pokémon center you visited.

Double-checked, yeah I was wrong about the official games. Ho-oh and Lugia can learn it in those through a Move Tutor.

But there isn't a tutor that teaches Tailwind in Infinite Fusion, so you still won't be able to.

You can't. Neither Ho-oh nor Lugia can learn Tailwind.

EDIT: Was wrong. They can get it in official games through Move Tutors.

Mewtwo should reset if you beat the Elite Four/Champion again.

I recommend saving before fighting any legendary. There are some that can't be reset.
