On the Discord there is a channel where you can recommend game suggestions, and it's read by the developer often. That being said, adding the TMs has been suggested before and is very popular, while the mega and z-move gimmicks are on the list of ideas that they have said will not be added.

A while ago the Discord also had voting going on for which new Pokemon to be added, I do not know when the next votes will happen (probably in a few months at least) but if you join you will be pinged when it happens.

If you have any bugs that you know about you can also report them there as well, the bug reports channel is watched frequently by the developer and every softlock you report is likely to be fixed.
