Birth Island can be reached by ship from Cinnabar Island's Harbour, but only after the player located all three Spaceship Parts and received coordinates from the agents.
The island contains a static encounter with Deoxys. On arrival there will be another spaceship part in the middle of the island. When interacted with, it will move around the island. After the fourth time, Deoxys will appear.
