This town is accessible from Route 20 or Route 21, or by the Seagallop Ferry.

Players can challenge Blaine for the Volcano Badge, but only have going through the Pokémon Mansion.

Once the player has found the coordinate to Birth Island, the sailor in the harbor can bring them there.

The Pokémon Psychiatrist

Off the southwest coast is a small island with a single house, reachable by surfing west from the south harbor. In the house is the Pokémon Psychiatrist who in exchange for ₽3000 will change the Nature of one of the player's pokémon to a random one.

Trivia[]

Team Rocket has stolen the Seagallop Ferry. Until they are defeating at Mt. Ember, the player needs to go through the Offshore Road.
