Static Encounters are Pokémon interactable in the overworld instead of as wild encounters. In most cases, if the player leaves the encounter (by capturing, defeating, or running away), the static encounters will not respawn (unless specified otherwise).

| Anywhere | Random chance (based on step count) when interacting with a flower The game keeps track of the total steps taken.
