The Sevii Islands is one of the two post-game regions in the game, along with Johto. It is an archipelago composed of Islands 1, 2, 3 and 5 from Pokémon Fire Red and Leaf Green in which the Sevii Islands first appeared. Unlike in the original games however, the islands are all directly connected with each other by routes. A new route, Brine Road was added to bridge the gap between the islands.

The first Island, Knot Island, is accessible by taking the ferry from Cinnabar Island after obtaining the Seagallop Pass from the rival after defeating Team Rocket in Mt. Ember. The rest of the islands are locked until the player obtains Dive and the Golbat Boots during the post-game.

There are 2 badges to collect in the region in addition to the 8 badges from the main story.
