The Sky Pillar can be reach by ship once the player has met with both Groudon and Kyogre , then talk to the elderly man in Kin Island . From there, a new option in the harbour will be avaiable for the player.
To progress up the tower, the player must walk over several patterns of broken tiles. If stopped on a broken tile, you will fall down a floor.
